FRIDAY & SATURDAY FOOD DIARY

Friday:

Breakfast – 2 Pilot Crackers with Peanut Butter, 3 Batter Blaster Wheat Pancakes; Glass of Ice Tea.

Lunch – Hamburger, Mashed Potato, and Small (very small) brownie & ice cream at Applebee’s (courtesy of my boss).

Snack – Two of those M&M ice cream things.

Supper - 2 Crunchy Chicken Snack Wraps, Small French Fry, Sweet Tea at McDonald's.


Saturday:

Breakfast – Cheeseball and crackers. (A birthday gift from Mrs. Cheeseball.)

Lunch – Subway tuna sub with provolone, Icee.

Snack – Diet Pepsi

Supper – Red Robin Prime Rib French Dip Sandwich with Garlic Parmesan Steak Fries. Water. Small ice cream sundae. (Free for me—it’s my birthday!)

Snack – Bowl of popcorn, cooked in my new popcorn popper.
