TUESDAY FOOD DIARY
Breakfast – Three poached eggs, two pieces of toast. Little margarine. Sprinkle of salt.
Snack – Arizona Southern Style Ice Tea over ice. (About 100 calories.)
Lunch – Ham Casserole (potato, ham, cheese sauce). I ate too much! Yuck! Another glass of ice tea.
Snack – Another glass of ice tea. Bite of pot roast from the crockpot.
Snack – Another bite of pot roast. (It was 6:39 PM, and I was really ready for supper.)
Supper – 1 potato with margarine, one serving of pot roast. (No second potato! No seconds on pot roast! Amazing!)
Dessert – Dwane wanted ice cream, so we went to DQ. I had a Mocha Moolatte, but didn’t drink it all. It was too coffee-ish or something.
