WEDNESDAY FOOD DIARY
Breakfast – 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter.
Snack – 2 glasses diet ice tea
Lunch – Unbuttered rice, stew beef & gravy.
Snack – Glass of diet ice tea, glass of diet Pepsi.
Snack – 175 calories of microwave popcorn. 3 bites of buttered marcaroni.
Supper – 2 lite chicken enchiladas—recipe from the First Place study book. (They were actually pretty good!) Sliced cucumber.
Snack – 1 Ritz cracker with cheeseball.
Notes – Feeling frustrated with this eating plan—I don’t have all of the information I need. How many calories am I supposed to be eating? What constitutes a serving? I’ve spent all of this money and spent of this time planning healthy meals from the book, but not sure that I’m doing it right. Can’t wait to get the whole program.
