TUESDAY FOOD DIARY

Breakfast – 2 pieces of toast made with Mom’s homemade honey oatmeal bread. A little peanut butter. (I like peanut butter, but I don’t need lots of it. Just enough for a little flavor.)

Lunch – Stew beef and gravy. More than I shoulda. Less than I woulda. Diet Ice Tea.

Snack – Popcorn. Diet Ice Tea. 2 bites of brownie (literally two bites).

Snack – Watermelon and Grapes (from the Dessert Buffet after Eben’s concert).

Supper – Grilled boneless chicken breast half. (I think this may have been more than I supposed to eat—not sure.) Tossed salad of lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, tossed with fat-free Italian dressing. Dinner roll for 1 tsp. diet butter stuff.
