THURSDAY FOOD DIARY
Breakfast – 3 oatmeal, pecan & chocolate chip cookies, Ritz crackers and cheeseball. (Left over from scrapbooking party Wednesday night.) Felt nauseated after, and actually got sick.
Snack – Diet ice tea.
Lunch – 2 servings of unbuttered spaghetti; less than 1 serving of spaghetti sauce with just a little bit of meat in it. Sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Snack – Diet ice tea. Small slice of angel food birthday cake.
Supper – KFC Chicken Breast (only ate a little, tiny bit of skin), mashed potato & gravy, biscuit with no added butter. ½ of a 3 Musketeers. (It was too sweet!! I gave the rest to Eben to eat.)
Snack – Popcorn & Diet Pepsi.
